Unnatural Color Help

Ok, so i’ve been coloring my hair unnatural colors for about 6 years now, it’s been easy-peasy and the colors have always lasted for as long as i’ve wanted (aka me using ice-cold water, hardly shampoo, etc, etc.) HOWEVER, the last time i’ve dyed it, the bloody color won’t fade! i’ve been using hot water, shampoo, 10 vol with shampoo, and the color is vibrant as all get out. It’s not severely damaged, has been bleached once then color on top: Manic Panic fuschia and Special Effects blue atm. It’s been sticking around since Dec. 23rd. It bleeds plenty, but is still vibrant.

SO, with that long rant, does anyone have some good ideas for getting it pastel/gone-i’m hoping to go back to a Ligh Ash brown/blonde.
